NEWS: Disney Announces Opening Date for NEW Frozen Land!

A brand NEW Frozen-themed land is coming to a Disney park and it might have you booking an international flight ASAP!

We’ve shared a number of updates in the past about the NEW Frozen land coming to Hong Kong Disneyland, including a peek at one of the new rides that will be there — Oaken’s Sliding Sleds. The new land has been slated to open in November 2023 for some time, but now we’ve got an official opening date!

Disney has announced that the world’s FIRST and LARGEST Frozen-themed land — World of Frozen — will officially open in Hong Kong Disneyland Resort on November 20th!

According to Disney’s press release, the land is inspired by Frozen and Frozen 2. Within the land, guests will get to celebrate a Summer Snow Day and check out attractions like Frozen Ever After and Wandering Oaken’s Sliding Sleighs.

Oaken’s Sliding Sleds is a family-friendly coaster that sends guests on an adventure.

Frozen Ever After is similar to the attraction you may already know and love from EPCOT.

The land features some beautiful details, like a painting of Anna and Elsa as kiddos…

…and adorable figures of them in front of the clock in the town.

The land will also contain a new merchandise location…

…and a quick-service restaurant.
