Massive changes are hitting Disney’s BoardWalk.
The BoardWalk Inn itself is getting a refreshed lobby and revamped rooms. Plus, a new coffee shop opened in the hotel not long ago, and the former ESPN Club is being transformed into the NEW Cake Bake Shop. But now another change has been announced.
Disney recently sent a message to travel agents about a temporary change coming to the BoardWalk. Disney has announced that the Concierge Lounge at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn will be CLOSED for refurbishment starting March 11th. It will remain closed through the end of April.
During that time, you might hear some refurbishment work going on during the day. But Disney has indicated that any refurbishment that takes place at night should not be audible from the guest rooms.
This joins other construction work going on at the hotel involving the refreshing of the hotel rooms…
…and lobby.
