Spring is in full bloom all around Disney World, and there are events galore to prove it!

We’re in the midst of the 2022 EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival, a fan-favorite parade has just returned, and we’re getting ready to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day! One of our favorite places to celebrate our love of all things Irish is Raglan Road in Disney Springs — and their popular St. Patrick’s festival is back for 2022!
The Mighty St. Patrick’s Festival is hosted every year by Raglan Road; it’s a celebration of “the mother of all Irish holidays.”

This year, the festival is taking place from March 11th through March 17th. We stopped by to check it out, and while we were there, we tried some tasty bites and enjoyed some live entertainment!

There was live entertainment all around, including the iconic Raglan Road Irish Dancers and a small band!

We couldn’t help but try some of the special offerings for the St. Patrick’s Day Festival, like the Now you’re Talkin’ Chicken Sandwich. Our sandwich was filled with fried buttermilk chicken, hot sauce, scallions, shredded pickle slaw, truffle aioli, and grated parmesan.

We also tried The Salmon Who Salsas, which was made with roasted Atlantic salmon, boxy potato, celery root puree, and a smoked salmon apple, grape, caper, and almond salsa. It was so good!

And there’s a special drink for this year’s fest called the “So Berry Les”, a locally crafted seltzer infused with strawberries and Key Lime.

This drink is exclusive to Raglan Road; give it a try if you happen to visit this restaurant!

Overall, we had a great time at the Mighty St. Patrick’s Festival and loved the food and entertainment. Reservations are strongly encouraged for this event, and you can book a table on Raglan Road’s website.
