NEWS: Two Restaurants Reopening at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel

It has been a busy few weeks for Disneyland Resort, as the parks just reopened for the first time in more than a year!

Things have definitely changed with the reopening, whether you’re visiting the theme parks, Downtown Disney, or the hotels, you’ll notice some differences. One of those differences was that guests without hotel reservations weren’t initially allowed to visit Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, but now that’s about to change!

Starting May 28th, the Grand Californian is reopening two popular dining locations, and these spots will be available to hotel and non-hotel guests alike! The two restaurants reopening are Napa Rose and Storytellers Cafe.

According to Disney, Napa Rose “will feature both the prix fixe Vintner Menu and a la carte selections, where guests can savor wine country cuisine featuring dishes that honor California’s rich culinary bounty, artisan farmers and world-famous winemakers.”

Over at Storytellers Cafe, there will be three-course meals offered at both breakfast and dinner, although character dining will not be returning at this time. Dining reservations are recommended for both of these restaurants and will be available to book at a later date.

Besides this exciting restaurant news, the private entrance to Disney California Adventure for Disneyland Resort hotel guests will also be reopening on May 28th. In order to use the Grand Californian entrance, you must have a hotel key card, a park ticket, and a park reservation.
