NEWS: A NEW App is Making Planning For Disney World Weather WAY Easier!

While Florida is known for being warm and sunny, the weather can be pretty unpredictable throughout the year.

Disney isn’t always sunny and warm!

Sometimes you find yourself visiting Disney World during a cold week in the winter, other times it can be way hotter than you anticipated, and there are also those random downpours of rain throughout the summer. That can be a lot to plan for! But, Disney is making it easier for guests to do their packing for the weather with a new weather app!

Disney has announced a new partnership with WeatherBug, that will combine Disney Weather Check technology and practices into the current WeatherBug app, which provides location-based weather forecasts.

The new feature that is being developed between the two companies will enable park guests to plan their day around the weather, so you are less likely to get stuck outside when you’re unprepared.

Sometimes it’s a short downpour…

Through the app, you’ll also be able to link your planned activities to the weather information, prepare for weather emergencies, and have alerts sent to your device when there are road closures or other communications about storms in your area.

…and, sometimes it just rains all-day
