Disneyland Resort park passes became available for select ticket holders today!

And, we’ve had a busy morning waiting in the virtual queue to secure park passes. But, once we got in (after a confusing wait), the process was pretty smooth! Here’s a look at how to book your Disneyland Park Passes!
Disneyland is using a four-step process to select and confirm park tickets and the site guided us right through those steps!

When we first entered the reservation site, we were asked to select which type of park tickets we were using to make a reservation. Currently, park pass reservations are only available to guests who already have valid theme park tickets and those who have a Disneyland Resort hotel reservation.

Once we selected “Book Theme Park Reservation,”, we were taken to a screen to create our party. Any valid tickets that you have linked to your Disney account will show up on this screen and you can select up to 10 tickets to book a park pass reservation.

The next screen asked us to select our reservation dates. This is where you can see which parks have availability on select dates. The calendar that pulls up shows whether reservations are open for both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure. Pay close attention to the key at the bottom so you know which parks are available!
When we were booking, both parks had availability from June 1st through June 28th.

After selecting the date, we were directed to confirm which park we would be visiting first since we were using a Park Hopper Ticket. Keep in mind that park hopping will begin at 1PM, so you only need to select which park you plan to visit in the morning.
Those who are booking with a single-park ticket will bypass this screen.

Next, we confirmed our reservation. It asked that we confirm the email address that we would like the Park Reservation QR code sent to (which will be needed to enter) and then we got our confirmation screen!

The entire process of booking the reservations took us about 5 minutes total and we found that it was much easier than our experience with getting tickets to the limited event, A Touch of Disney. If you don’t have a previously purchased park ticket or hotel reservation, Disneyland Resort tickets and Park Pass Reservations open for all guests on April 15th at 8AM PT. We will continue to keep you updated on all the Disneyland Resort reopening news so stay tuned!
