A LOT is going on with Disneyland right now. After over a year of being closed, Disneyland Resort will reopen on April 30th.
And we’ve already seen signs that the parks are getting ready to reopen — some rides are currently being tested, and an opening date for Avengers Campus was officially announced. We also now know when tickets will go on sale and what they will cost!
It’s no secret that there is going to be a huge demand for tickets, though, especially for two specific dates: reopening day on April 30th and Avengers Campus opening day at Disney California Adventure on June 4th. But Disneyland has a plan to try and make it easier for all guests (who must be California residents) to get into the parks on those days.
Guests who have existing tickets will have a chance to make park reservations several days before new tickets go on sale, on April 12th.
According to the Orange County Register, though, Disneyland will hold back some tickets for April 30th and June 4th. This is to keep guests with unused tickets from grabbing up all the park reservations and leaving those who buy new tickets on April 15th with no opportunity to make reservations of their own on those dates.
We’ll continue to cover all the Disneyland reopening updates, so stay tuned.
It’s Been a WILD Year for Disneyland Resort
