The Voice of Mickey Mouse and Disney Imagineers Are Coming Out To Socialize For This Haunted Mansion Live Stream!

The Haunted Mansion has a history unlike most other attractions at the Disney Parks. The tales and lore that guests and fans spread about the little old house on the hill’s ghostly denizens is only beaten out by the story of its creation.

If you’ve ever wanted to hear how this classic Disney attraction went from concept to reality, a new live-stream event will materialize very soon that’ll give you the chance to hear from the Imagineers themselves.

Not just any Imagineers, but Bob Gurr and Tania Norris who worked on the original incarnation of the attraction at Disneyland. If you’re not familiar with their work, just know that Norris is credited with the creation of the creepy wallpaper running throughout the mansion, and Gurr designed the original Omnimover ride system which became the Doom Buggies.

The two will be sharing their stories of working on the Haunted Mansion and personal anecdotes of their time with Walt Disney. They will also be discussing all things about the Disneyland of yesteryear.

The two former Imagineers will be hosted by none other than the official voice of Mickey Mouse himself, Bret Iwan. You’ll be able to join in the fun on April 26th, 2020 from 5PM through 6PM PST at Haunted Orange County’s Facebook page.
