Get ready, because Disney and Secret Cinema are gearing up to put you in the middle of some iconic Disney films! London-based company Secret Cinema is known for changing the way an audience views a movie by making them key players in the story through an immersive experience. Now, they’ll be partnering with Disney to bring that experience to the U.S. through a multi-title agreement!

Which movies will be adapted is still yet to be determined, but Disney has such a vast library to choose from. You could find yourself on The Grid racing lightcycles through the world of Tron, sailing across the high seas with the Pirates of the Caribbean, or make the jump to lightspeed to the galaxy of Star Wars.

To create this experience that blends elements of theater and live art with the silver screen, Secret Cinema will work with Disney’s StudioLAB, the tech-focused component of the studio. The first show will premiere in London later this year, but the deal also plans for shows to be held in New York and Los Angeles in the future.

Secret Cinema have performed a variety of films, such as Alien in 2009, Casablanca in 2013, and even Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back in 2015 through an earlier deal. If you want to learn more about them, you can check out their website here.
