My family absolutely loves having Disney Vacation Club points. We have stayed at Walt Disney World many times (Yacht & Beach Club, Contemporary (Bay Lake Tower and the regular Contemporary), Boardwalk, Wilderness Lodge, Art of Animation, Animal Kingdom Lodge (Kidani Village), Disneyland (Before DVC Villas arrived), Hilton Head DVC, Vero Beach DVC, and the Concierge Collection in Washington DC twice, at the Mandarin Oriental. We also used our points for 3 cruises to pay for most of our trip. 2 out of Port Canaveral and 1 out of New York.
We have had wonderful trips and we could not have stayed in such large and beautiful rooms if we were not part of the DVC. We only have 165 points at Beach Club and 200 Points at Bay Lake Tower, but we often combine 2 years of points to go on trips with our family of 4. We just went this past July and stayed in a 3 Bedroom Villa at Bay Lake Tower and brought our kids and 1 friend each! So fun!!
I would highly recommend DVC!! We hope to buy more points in the future and try an Adventures by Disney Tour too!
