Halloween party-goers attending this year’s brand new Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party in California Adventure will be some of the first to see the new, Halloween version of World of Color titled “Villainous!”

During the show we will be introduced to Shelley Marie, a new character created by Disney animator Eric Goldberg. Shelley is trying to decide on her Halloween costume — and the adventure begins from there.

Oogie Boogie tells the story of Shelley wondering if she is she is strong enough to pull off a Disney villain look when she encounters The Queen, Ursula, Dr. Facilier, Hades, Jafar, Maleficent and more.

By the end of the new show, that includes fountains, lights, lasers, projections, and special effects, we may learn deep down there is a little villain in all of us!

The Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party is a separate, hard ticket event. The Bash will take place in California Adventure and replace Disneyland park’s Mickey’s Halloween Party.

Halloweentime takes place in Disneyland resort from September 6 until October 31.  The Oogie Boogie Bash takes place in California Adventure on select nights from September 17 through October 31. For more information and to purchase tickets to Oogie Boogie Bash visit the Disneyland website.
