Universal Kids Resort is a brand-new theme park coming to Frisco, Texas, a suburb north of Dallas. It’s aimed at families with young children, but it’s fun for both kids and kids-at-heart!

Universal just announced that Universal Kids Resort will open on July 1st, 2026. But if you’re wondering how to get tickets, we’ve got you covered.
To get tickets to Universal Kids Resort, they’re now on sale at the Universal website! You can get a one or two-day ticket or an annual pass. Here are the prices:
- 1-Day General Admission Ticket: Starting at $54.99 per person
- 2-Day General Admission Ticket: Starting at $73.99 per person. This ticket must be used on two consecutive days.
- Silver Annual Pass: $129.99 per person for 12 Months of General Admission
- Silver Annual Pass with Parking: $164.99 per person for 12 Months of General Admission with Regular Self Parking Included

Bookings are also open for the Universal Kids Resort hotel, only steps away from the theme park. Resort guests can enjoy Early Park Admission one hour before the park opens, a dedicated entrance to the park, and purchases made in the park are transferred to your hotel room.

Universal Kids Resort will have seven lands themed after Shrek, SpongeBob, Minions, Trolls, and Jurassic World. When Universal Kids Resort opens on July 1st, it will be the first theme park with a SpongeBob SquarePants land! Hop on Jellyfish Fields Jamboree, where you’ll ride your own jelly angler and go jellyfishing with SpongeBob. Or, visit Mrs. Puff’s Boating School, where you swerve, spin, and even go backwards on her driving course. Once you’re done with rides, you can meet SpongeBob, Patrick, Squidward, and Sandy. Bikini Bottom will feature Goofy Goober’s restaurant that serves the iconic Goofy Goober Sundaes from the show!

We’re so excited to head to Universal Kids Resort on July 1st. Stay tuned to AllEars for more Universal news!
