NEWS: Disney Announces Release Dates for 2 Popular Movie Sequels

Get your popcorn, friends, it’s MOVIE TIME!

Disney has been working on all kinds of movies lately. The current lineup of films releasing in the next few years already has plenty of big names, but now Disney has revealed new release dates and we couldn’t be more excited.

During the Disney Shareholder Meeting held on March 18th, 2026, Disney announced the release dates for two popular movies: Incredibles 3 and a sequel to the live-action Lilo & Stitch movie.

Lilo & Stitch 2 will come out on May 26th, 2028, and Incredibles 3 will be released on June 16th, 2028.

From Pixar:

• Monsters, Inc. 3

• Ono Ghost Market
• Gatto

From Disney Animation:

From Disney live-action:

From Star Wars:

• The Mandalorian and Grogu
• Star Wars: Starfighter

From Marvel:

• Avengers: Doomsday
• Avengers: Secret Wars

From other parts of the studio:

• The Devil Wears Prada 2
• Avatar 4 and 5

And there are many other movies Disney has hinted at or even announced are being developed, but we haven’t received an update on many of them for a while, so things could be changing there.
