EXCLUSIVE Event Announced for EPCOT's Mexico Pavilion

Calling all D23 Gold Members! There’s a new experience happening over in EPCOT that you can’t miss if you’re a big fan of delicious dining opportunities.

If you’re looking for a chance to have an unforgettable meal that’s curated just for this event, an exclusive tasting experience, as well as a D23 Member-exclusive cocktail, then you’ll want to grab a ticket for this new experience ASAP!

D23 has just released information about The Spirit of the Mexico Pavilion: A D23 Experience at EPCOT. This will take place just under a month from now, on March 11th, 2026, and it’s only available to D23 Gold Members. At this event, you’ll be able to experience the Mexico Pavilion like never before!

Park admission and parking aren’t included in the price of this experience, so you’ll need to ensure you have valid admission to EPCOT on this day. Included in this experience, you’ll get:

La Cava Experience: A private guided tasting with Tequila Ambassador Humberto Soto of six premium agave spirits, ranging from blanco to aged tequilas, plus an artisinal mezcal, as well as chips and guacamole, a keepsake “Agave Connoisseur Club” pin, and a commemorative tequila cocktail glass with the La Cava Tequila logo etched by Arribas Brothers
La Cava del Tequila: Get the chance to enjoy “The Aztec Eagle,” a D23 Member-exclusive cocktail, created in collaboration with The Walt Disney Archives and pays tribute to when Walt Disney was honored by the Mexican government with the Order of the Aztec Eagle during a visit to Mexico City in 1943
San Angel Inn: Experience an incredible meal with a menu created just for this event, featuring some of the restaurant’s most beloved and popular items since its opening in 1982 — guests will select an appetizer, main course, and dessert from the tasting menu included in the ticket, plus a San Angel Inn margarita
Guests will receive an event credential, as well as a replica of the original 1982 San Angel Inn menu

Tickets for this event aren’t cheap, costing $349 per D23 Gold Member, and they go on sale beginning at 1 PM ET TODAY, February 12th. We have a feeling they’ll sell out fast, so don’t wait!
