Let’s talk about one of Disney World’s most reliable food stops at Disney Springs.

Between park mornings and shopping days, breakfast at Disney Springs can be hit or miss, but Earl of Sandwich has managed to stay consistently popular over the years. With warm, made-to-order breakfast sandwiches and a relaxed, no-pressure atmosphere, it’s a dependable way to start your day. We recently visited for a way to kick start our Disney day, and now we’re bringing you our FULL review!
Background
Earl of Sandwich traces its roots back to an idea inspired by 18th-century English history and one of its most famous figures: the 4th Earl of Sandwich, who is credited with popularizing the sandwich as a convenient meal you could eat without interrupting work or play.

Today’s Earl of Sandwich concept brings that spirit forward by focusing on freshly baked bread, quality ingredients, and bold flavor combinations served quickly and affordably. Since opening its doors, the brand has expanded across the U.S. and internationally, becoming known for its hearty, handcrafted sandwiches, salads, and comfort food-forward menu. The Disney Springs location(situated in one of Disney World’s busiest and most vibrant dining districts) feels like a natural fit, offering a reliable, crowd-pleasing option for breakfast, lunch, or dinner in a laid-back atmosphere that still delivers on quality and taste.

Whether you’re refueling before a park day or looking for a satisfying meal between rides and shopping, Earl of Sandwich blends historic inspiration with modern convenience in a way that feels right at home in the Disney dining lineup.
Here’s what you need to know about dining at this restaurant.
Atmosphere
The atmosphere at Earl of Sandwich is exactly what you want when you’re hungry, a little tired, and just want something good now. It’s casual, busy, and constantly buzzing, but in a comforting way, not a chaotic one. People are popping in before park days, grabbing food between shopping stops, or sitting down to refuel without committing to a long, drawn-out meal. It feels very much like a reliable go-to spot rather than a “special occasion” restaurant, and honestly, that’s part of its charm.

Inside, it’s bright and welcoming with simple seating that encourages you to eat, relax for a minute, and then get back to whatever Disney adventure you’re tackling next. You can smell the bread baking almost immediately, which somehow makes the place feel warmer and more inviting than your average quick-service spot. It’s the kind of restaurant where no one’s rushing you out the door, but no one’s lingering awkwardly either; just a steady flow of happy, well-fed folks doing Disney their own way.

Whether you’re grabbing breakfast on the fly or sitting down with a sandwich after a long day, Earl of Sandwich feels easy, familiar, and exactly what you need in that moment.
But enough about that, what are we eating?!
Food & Drinks
To make it a full meal, we picked up the Sausage, Egg & Cheddar for $8.99. This is made with Sausage, Eggs, Cheddar and Breakfast Sauce. This is like an elevated McDonald’s breakfast sandwich on that delicious toasted Earl of Sandwich bread. Then you’ve got multiple layers of flavor and a tangy breakfast sauce. The sausage is not too spicy, and the cheese complements it and the other flavors.

We also grabbed the Breakfast Burrito for $8.99, too! This dish is made with Scrambled eggs, your choice of meat (we got bacon), breakfast tots, red onions, Roma tomatoes, cheddar, and sour cream. Although it falls apart easily, making it messy, it’s SO stuffed with good flavors, which makes the mess worth it. The flour tortilla isn’t anything special, but it definitely doesn’t hold up as well as bread with all those things stuffed inside it.

We also ordered the Breakfast BLT for $8.99 with Bacon, lettuce, Roma tomato, and mayonnaise. It’s a classic BLT, so it’s something that could please just about everyone. We liked that the lettuce was sliced thin, so there wasn’t any additional crunch. The textures blended well with this one, along with the flavors.

We also added a sweet treat to our breakfast, because why not? The Ube Yum Yum Coconut Cookie is $5.79. It has a subtle vanilla flavor with a hint of coconut. There are some white chocolate chips inside it as well, with the ube icing drizzled on top. The ube flavor really comes through, too.

If you wanted a cookie but would like something a little more unique in flavor, this one is a must-try.

- You want a sit-down table service meal. This is just a counter service location, so you’re not going to get the same service you would at a table service restaurant.
- You’re looking for a character meal. If you want to have breakfast with characters, this is not going to happen here.
- You want something more than sandwiches. The menu here is limited to what are basically grab-and-go breakfast sandwiches and sides, so you won’t find much more than that on the menu.

I love Earl of Sandwich. I usually go for lunch and get their holiday sandwich. It is roast turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and gravy. I even ask for extra gravy on the side!
