CONFIRMED: This RARE Fireworks Show Is Returning to Disney's Hollywood Studios

We don’t want to hit you with something that might shock you, but the end of the year is almost here. We know! It doesn’t even seem possible, but we’ll be celebrating New Year’s Eve before we know it.

Now, if you’ll be in Disney World for New Year’s Eve, there’s plenty of nighttime entertainment to enjoy in Magic Kingdom and EPCOT, but did you know there’s also a special fireworks show happening in Disney’s Hollywood Studios?

If you want to skip the New Year’s Eve crowds in EPCOT and Magic Kingdom, you might want to head on over to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, where you’ll be able to enjoy a special New Year’s Eve fireworks show. The show will happen on December 31st at 11:57 PM. That means you can catch Fantasmic! at 9:30 PM and then the New Year’s Eve fireworks right after that for a VERY special experience that evening!

Of course, if you are in EPCOT or Magic Kingdom, you can catch those fireworks shows, too. In EPCOT, Cheers to the New Year: A Sparkling Celebration will happen at 11:54 PM, while Luminous: The Symphony of Us will play at 6:30 PM the same evening.

In Magic Kingdom, you’ll have two chances to experience the New Year’s Eve fireworks. The Fantasy in the Sky Fireworks will happen on December 30th and December 31st at 7:30 PM and 11:50 PM.

If you are planning on seeing the fireworks in any of these parks, your best bet is to get to the parks as early as possible and stay all day because the parks could reach capacity. Magic Kingdom and EPCOT will probably reach capacity first, but there’s a chance Hollywood Studios could, too.
