  1. Hello Quincy,
    I’m confused by your comment about the “barbecue” portion of your meal. I have eaten at Liberty Tree Tavern many times and I believe the Tavern refers it as Pot Roast. Believe me when I tell you that the Liberty Tree Tavern’s version of this dish is EXACTLY how Pot Roast should taste. Absolutely fabulous.
