Even though Southwest has ended its Bags Fly Free policy, the airline will be bringing free WiFi to all flights beginning on October 24th. Thanks to T-Mobile, passengers will be able to surf the web on their devices in the air. The entire fleet is supposed to have faster WiFi once this change rolls out, too.

Southwest is bringing in-seat power ports and larger overhead bins to its new 737 Max 8 airplanes and is in the process of adding them to existing aircraft, too. There will also be new features in the app that will make your travel day even easier.

Southwest was largely known for its free bag policy and its open seating policy, which is also being removed, so we are eager to see how these changes impact the airline.
