BREAKING: Disney Just Dropped Some HUGE Transportation News, and You’re Gonna LOVE It

Disneyland is expanding, and to support this growth, they’re going to need more parking.

Lucky for us, Disney had a plan!

Disneyland has announced a new parking structure and transportation hub, located on the east side of the Disneyland Resort. A portion of the area is currently the Manchester Cast Member parking lot and will have about 6,000 parking spaces.

There will also be shuttle and rideshare areas, security screenings, and a dedicated access for traffic coming from Disney Way. Disney aims to enhance parking and traffic flow throughout the area.

A pedestrian bridge is going to be built over Harbor Boulevard, “leading to an all-new esplanade arrival experience.” It will also create public access to and from Harbor Boulevard.

Construction is slated to begin in fall 2026 and is expected to span multiple years.

Part of the expansion of Disneyland will include a new Coco-themed boat ride…

…and a new Avatar destination.

They’re even doubling the size of Avengers Campus with two all-new attractions!
