FULL RIDE THROUGH of the New How To Train Your Dragon Coaster at Epic Universe

Is anyone else obsessed with dragons? We LOVE them! And finally — FINALLY (!!) — someone listened to our pleas and brought the dragons to us here in Orlando. The newest Universal theme park, Epic Universe, is home to a land called How to Train Your Dragon — Isle of Berk. And guess what? You can meet REAL DRAGONS!

This land is INCREDIBLE. The music? Enchanting. The characters? Endearing! The attractions? EPIC! We’ve been exploring the park and all it has to offer, but the one thing that’s pretty hard to show you is what’s actually happening on all these new rides. Until now, that is…

Universal has a strict “No filming on rides” rule, so if you’re curious what it’s like to go through the new Monsters Unchained ride in Dark Universe, well, you just have to use your imagination. But now, we’ve got an official new ride through in Isle of Berk to show you, courtesy of Universal! No more imagining — you can really see what it’s like to ride one of the roller coasters in Isle of Berk!

Universal is taking us along for a ride on Hiccup’s Wing Gliders! This coaster makes you feel like you’re flying like a dragon as you weave through Berk — it’s magical! There is a minimum height requirement of 40”, and the ride is Universal Express Pass eligible. It’s considered a thrill ride, so be prepared for swoops and speedy accelerations.

Everywhere you look in Isle of Berk, you’ll find incredible details. We met an ice dragon, and he does indeed breathe icy fog! Seriously, people, the immersion is NEXT LEVEL.

We won’t spoil everything there is to see and do in Berk — half the fun is exploring for yourself. But we will give you a hot tip. Do yourself a favor and order a Mac and Cheese Cone.
