There are so many restaurants at Disney Springs with all kinds of different options, but we just found a secret menu hiding in plain sight at one of our favorite spots.

If you head to the Marketplace side of Disney Springs, past the World of Disney, you’ll find EET by Maneet Chauhan. It’s tucked away in the back of Disney Springs, but DO NOT miss this restaurant. We recently had the opportunity to meet the chef herself and ask about the menu. Here’s what we learned!
We were invited to meet celebrity Chef Maneet Chauhan at Disney World, and we asked her to tell us about the most underrated item on the menu. She did not disappoint!

Chef Chauhan says the most underrated dish is the Street-Style Puffed Rice Salad! It has crispy puffed rice with peanuts, mango, strawberry, potato, cilantro, tamarind chutney, and mint chutney.

If you’re looking at the menu on your My Disney Experience app, many third-party restaurants at Disney Springs won’t have their fully updated menu listed, exactly like EET. Checking out each restaurant’s menu online or in person is the best way to make sure you’re not missing out on some of the best menu items, like this Street Style Puffed Rice Salad.

Chef Chauhan also said the most popular items were the Tandoori Chicken Poutine, Chicken Tika Naan Pizza, and DIY Pani Puri. We love the classic Indian-style meals mixed with more familiar elements to make trying new food more approachable.

One of our favorites here is the EET Bread Service with Pimento Whipped Paneer, which comes with five different chutneys/dipping sauces. It is SO. GOOD.

The chef also gave us an insider look at her fellow celebration chefs, including Guy Fieri, who she said is not as cool as he seems — he’s even cooler! We love Fieri’s restaurant, Chicken Guy, on the other end of Disney Springs.

Chef Chauhan often hosts “Greet, Meet, and eet” events where you can meet the chef and enjoy a meal family-style. While there aren’t any upcoming events on the calendar, we’d keep an eye on them since they pop up randomly.

We love this underrated restaurant at Disney Springs and recommend you add it to your list of places to try! Follow AllEars to stay up to date on everything Disney.

Disclosure: We were invited by EET by Maneet Chauhan to attend this meet and greet event. This did not affect our reporting of the event — our opinions are our own.
Went to her first meet, eat, and greet. Loved it! Would love to go again, but it’s a pricey event so once will probably be it for us. She is very friendly and down to earth. Had our picture taken with her and her TOC be,ts!
