It’s no secret that a trip to Disney World is expensive. Between travel, accommodation, tickets, and food, things can add up. However, there is a way to save on souvenirs.
While there is an appeal to picking up certain Disney items while on your trip, the truth is that there are versions of SEVERAL high profile souvenirs that can be found MUCH cheaper online. You can grab these before your trip and bring them with you to save some cash.
Let’s start with an Autograph Book.
For decades, autograph books have been a central souvenir at the heart of the Disney theme park experience as kids – – and even some adult collectors – – use them to gather signatures from all their favorite Disney character performers. However, the cold truth is that you should never buy one at the parks thanks to the prices. You can find one on Amazon for about 50% less.
Next up, a Bubble Wand.
That’s right, a version that oh-so-cute (or annoying, depending on one’s point of view) nighttime souvenir can be found on Amazon for way cheaper than in the parks. Granted, the design might not be as cool, but its bubble function works just the same!
The park-staple Loungeflys are also available online.
Loungeflys are one of our favorite bag options for a trip to Disney World, and they can often be found for up to 50% cheaper online vs their cost to purchase on Disney property.
Finally, there’s this Lion King throw!
An item similar to this Lion King blanket would likely cost about double the cost inside the resort as it does online right now.
