Something NEW Is Coming to Tomorrowland This Year in Disneyland

Disney Experiences Chairman Josh D’Amaro and Disney Entertainment Co-Chairman Alan Bergman (and some special guests) hosted a presentation at the South by Southwest Conference and, as expected, dropped some very exciting Disney Parks news! Marvel fans, we hope you’re sitting down for this one…

On your upcoming Disneyland trip, you may be able to see some new characters in Tomorrowland. We’re talking about H.E.R.B.I.E. and his friends from the Fantastic Four!

In case you haven’t heard, Disney and Marvel are releasing a new movie on July 25th, 2025 called The Fantastic Four: First Steps and it’s a HUGE deal for Marvel fans. The movie stars Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards, Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm, Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm. Yep, it’s a pretty stacked cast!

According to Marvel, “H.E.R.B.I.E. the flying robot is more than cute, he’s a fully functioning analog computer and assists the Fantastic Four in their quest to protect Earth.” Disney didn’t announce an exact date for H.E.R.B.I.E. and the other characters to debut in Disneyland, but just like new Marvel characters in Avengers Campus, it will likely happen around the time of the movie’s release.
