Mando and Grogu

Star Wars fans, we have exciting news! New Star Wars characters and planets are coming to one of our favorite international parks!

Starting April 8th, Star Wars: The Adventure Continues at Tokyo Disneyland will welcome new characters from Ahsoka, Andor, and The Mandalorian!

This limited-edition version will run until June 30th, focusing on characters from the three shows. At the end of the special run, these characters will be incorporated into the original version of Star Tours! Meeting Ahsoka and Darth Vader on the same adventure? Sign us up!

In this version, guests are greeted by characters from the shows at random. They’ll travel to Seatos, visit space whales called Purrgil, and fly towards a destination in the galaxy, all along with our friend C-3PO guiding us to our next stop.

Disneyland and Disney World received this update in 2024, and we were obsessed. We loved seeing our new best friend, Grogu, and we rode again and again, trying to get all the new scene combinations!

To celebrate this fun ride version, Tokyo Disneyland has also released new pins! Starting April 7th, these three pins featuring Grogu will be available to guests. We love any Baby Yoda merch we can get!

Riders need to be at least 40 inches (102 cm) tall to enjoy this ride. Remember to grab your 3D glasses on the way in to get the full experience!

  1. It seems like Tokyo Disney is run better and more smoothly than its U.S. counterparts. It’s been 20 years but I think I’ll have to go back soon.

  2. wait, when did that get confirmed? that’s only a theory for now until April 8th when we get to see for certain, Disney has not said anything definitive yet
