It’s exciting to hear big Disney news!

There are many times throughout the year that these big announcements can come from the company. There are D23 events, conferences such as the upcoming SXSW conference in Austin, TX, and other times when Disney will drop fun news for us Disney fans. Now, one of those moments is coming up soon, on February 5th!

February 5th marks the date of the first quarter earnings call for Fiscal Year 2025 for the Walt Disney Company. Early that morning, CEO Bob Iger and other Disney executives will sit down and discuss the financial status of the company over the past quarter.

While these quarterly earnings calls are meant to share how each section of the company performed financially with stockholders, Disney usually also uses them as a platform to share new ideas, concepts, or announcements. We often hear about Disney+, ESPN, other streaming news, and movies. Occasionally, Disney will also drop some experiences, Disney Cruise Line, and park news, as well!
