We’ve Got Bad NEWS About the 2025 EPCOT Festival of the Arts

The 2025 EPCOT Festival of the Arts is officially underway!

2025 EPCOT Festival of the Arts

If you visit EPCOT from now until February 24th, you’ll be able to enjoy all that this colorful festival has to offer. There are live performing arts, visual arts, and culinary to enjoy. From chalk art to the Disney on Broadway Concert Series to scavenger hunts and so much more, anyone and everyone of all ages will find something to love at this festival. However, as much fun as we had on the first day of the festival, there is one piece of bad news we have to warn you about.

On the first day of the Festival of the Arts, we tried every single food studio (food booth). We found the good, the bad, and the boring when it came to festival eats and drinks. And one thing was certainly “the bad” about a number of menu items.

We noticed price INCREASES on over 10 menu items. 14 food and beverage items, in fact, got price increases from the 2024 EPCOT Festival of the Arts. These increases spanned from as little as 25 cents up to 75 cents, which might not seem like a lot, but when you are enjoying multiple items at multiple booths for the festival, these small changes add up fast!

While these items increased in price, their portion sizes seemed to remain the same as in 2024. So you’ll end up paying a little bit more for the same amount of food.

However, we did notice the Rainbow Cake at Figment’s Inspiration Station changed quite noticeably. Last year, it was a whole square of cake with an extra layer of white icing between each colorful layer. This year it was a much thinner piece of cake, and it did not have the extra icing. The upside though, is that this item had a price DECREASE this year, going from $5.50 in 2024 to $5.25 in 2025.

This year’s festival also has TONS of new items! Checking out all the food at each of the booths is a fun way to spend the day while visiting EPCOT on your Disney World trip. A great way to stick to a budget as you enjoy all the great food is to use a Disney World gift card. That way you can’t go over the amount you set for yourself. This can help with these price increases and the cost of all the yummy food you want to enjoy at the festival!
