If you love Star Wars, it’s a great time to be a fan.
There are so many Star Wars movies to look forward to, there’s Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge to visit on both U.S. coasts, and there are new Star Wars shows heading our way on Disney+. Speaking of which, the NEWEST Star Wars show will be making its premiere a little early than anticipated. Yes, you’ll be able to watch Skeleton Crew EARLY.
Disney just announced that its upcoming series Skeleton Crew, which was set to premiere on Disney+ on December 3rd will now premiere on December 2nd, a whole day early. The series premiere will include two episodes that will arrive on the streaming service at 6PM PT/9PM ET.
Skeleton Crew follows four children who make a discovery on their home planet, which leads them on an adventure where they get lost in the galaxy and have to find their way home. The series stars Jude Law, Ravi Cabot-Conyers, Ryan Kiera Armstrong, Kyriana Kratter, Robert Timothy Smith, Tunde Adebimpe, Kerry Condon, and Nick Frost.
Disney also dropped the list of directors who worked on each episode of Skeleton Crew. This list includes old favorites like Bryce Dallas Howard and Jon Watts, who will also be helming a new trilogy set in the Star Wars universe.
However, we still have even more Star Wars series to look forward to, Ahsoka season 2 is in production, and season 2 of Andor will premiere on Disney+ in April 2025. Movies are also in the works including the new previously-mentioned trilogy, The Mandalorian and Grogu, and more.
