The Galaxy Far Far Away is looking a little bit different…
This weekend, Disney is hosting the massive D23 Ultimate Fan Event in Anaheim, California. The sprawling convention is breaking news from across Disney’s spectrum of offerings, including films, television streaming, video games, and parks.
One of the most anticipated reveals at Friday night’s entertainment panel was the first look at footage for the highly anticipated new Star Wars series Skeleton Crew.

The footage features a group of children stumbling across a lost Jedi temple, and it looks like Jude Law is our newest Jedi. Law described the series as a “timeless adventure story in the spirit of the Amblin 80s movies like The Goonies and E.T.” We can’t wait!
