DATES ANNOUNCED for Mardi Gras 2025 at Universal Orlando

There’s a lot going on right now at Universal Orlando.

Halloween Horror Nights is set to begin soon on August 30th. The holiday season follows, beginning on November 22nd. Epic Universe is set to open sometime in 2025. Plus Universal has confirmed that its annual Mardi Gras Celebration will be returning in 2025, too. Now we know exactly WHEN that celebration will happen.

Universal has revealed that Universal Mardi Gras: International Flavors of Carnaval will be returning on February 1st, 2025, and will run through March 30th, 2025. So that’s plenty of time to enjoy everything the celebration has to offer.

So what can you expect during this time? Well, first, there’s the food. You’ll find a huge variety of Mardi Gras-themed food throughout Universal, including traditional Mardi Gras foods like King Cake.

Then there’s the Mardi Gras parade, which happens on select nights during the celebration. The parade has HUGE incredible themed floats, as well as some incredible performers.

Mardi Gras also features a series of concerts. In 2024, Mardi Gras attendees got to see Barenaked Ladies, Zedd, Queen Latifah, and more!

Of course, you can’t have a celebration without special merchandise. There’s a Mardi Gras Tribute Store that includes a lot of great Mardi Gras collectibles like popcorn buckets, clothing, drinkware, and more.
