It might still be summer, but we’re looking forward to the holiday season in Orlando.
We’re especially happy about that time of year because it’s no longer summer in Florida and things cool down a bit! However, we also look forward to all the holiday happenings in the area, including the holidays at Universal Orlando. Now, we know WHEN Universal will celebrate the holiday season this year.
Universal has announced that the holiday season will begin on November 22nd and run through December 31st. So you’ll be able to enjoy some fun holiday decor, holiday entertainment, special appearances by characters (like the Grinch), and more during that time.

The Universal Orlando holiday celebration brings Christmas to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter as well as huge balloons at Universal’s Holiday Parade featuring Macy’s.
You’ll also get to enjoy some special entertainment like the hilarious Grinchmas Who-liday Spectacular.
You’ll also get to meet some special characters during the holidays like Earl the Squirrel…
…and the Grinch (one of our favorite meet and greets during this time).
Of course, you can’t have the holiday season without seasonal sweets and treats, special festive merchandise, and more.
We’ll be heading to Universal Orlando to check out all the holiday offerings, so you’ll want to check back with us soon for more. Of course, maybe we should get through Halloween and Halloween Horror Nights first. There’s just so much to look forward to!
Then, in 2025, Universal Orlando will open its third theme park, Epic Universe, with its five themed lands. Things are going to be exciting for a while at Universal.

Oh nooooo! I am so upset. Why so late this year? Almost a full week later than 2021 and 2022. Also later than last year. We will miss it by a day even though we are spending a whole week there. Not cool Universal, not cool.
