We’re partying at Pixar Fest today!
We’ve been checking out the new snacks and souvenirs available for this festival at Disneyland Resort, and now we’re headed to Fantasyland Theatre for a special party!
The Pixar Pals Playtime Party is open daily from 11:30AM to 5:30PM during Pixar Fest — which runs from April 26th to August 4th.
Our favorite Pixar Pals are here for the party, there’s a reading and coloring area, Pixar shorts are playing on the big screen, and there are photo backdrops from Onward, Up, A Bug’s Life, Cars, and Monsters, Inc. Let’s go!
First off, there’s a full-on dance party featuring Pixar characters including Woody, Jessie, Bo, The Incredibles and Frozone, and Joy and Sadness from Inside Out.
The stage is also used for smaller shows without characters throughout the day.
The area also features meet & greet opportunities with several Pixar characters, including some that aren’t seen all that often. These include Ian and Barley from Onward…
…who are posed in front of a HIGHLY detailed, full-scale replica of their van from the film.
Russel and Dug from UP also appear, in front of a gigantic replica of Ellie’s scrapbook from the film.
Finally, there’s Luca and Alberto from Luca, complete with their own custom backdrop as well.
