NEW LOOK at Disney Cruise Line’s Newest DestinationAre you a cruise person? We’re cruise people. And if you are too, then we have some HUGE Disney Cruise Line news to share!

If you’re familiar with all things Disney Cruise Line, then you’ve probably heard about Disney’s upcoming island destination experience: Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point — located in Eleuthera, Bahamas. Disney’s newest cruise port will offer a lot of immersive activities as well as a glimpse into the culture of The Bahamas. The destination is set to debut THIS summer, in 2024, and now we’re getting a new look at all the progress made. Check it out!
First up, we have to start off strong with an aerial view. This photo showcases the Mabrika Cove Cabanas, which will be available for families to rent throughout their port adventures. These are each designed to resemble seashells scattered along the coastline.

Here’s a glimpse inside what will soon become True Too BBQ. From the restaurant, you’ll be able to enjoy all the sights and sounds of the beach! Here, Disney says that we can expect to see art and design that is “drawn from the coral, seashells, fish and flowers that inform the architecture and also inspire Eleuthera’s local artists.”

Finally, Disney showed us a glimpse at the tram stop. Disney said, “This space will soon be filled with the bright colors that will light up the destination, inspired by the warmth of Bahamian art and culture. Expect hair braiding, merchandise and lots of fun.”

Earlier this year, we got a first look at Mickey and Minnie’s outfits that they’ll be rocking at Lookout Cay. Check them out!
