The Disney Treasure Is the FIRST Disney Cruise Line Ship With Its Very Own SONG!

Disney Cruise Line is gearing up to set sail later this year with its new ship, the Disney Treasure.

We’ve been impressed by everything we’ve learned about the new ship and are particularly excited about the first EVER Haunted Mansion lounge, the first EVER Moana stage show, a Coco-themed restaurant, and more. Now, the Disney Treasure has its own theme song, and we’ll warn you now: it’s an earworm.

The new song, called “Live The Adventure,” is sung by award-winning singer and songwriter Jordin Sparks. The song “sets the tone for a bold new era of Disney Cruise Line vacations as the ship enters the final stages of construction and prepares to set sail in December.”

As we previously mentioned, the Disney Treasure will have a lot of firsts, but now it’s also the first Disney Cruise Line ship to have its own signature song. “Live the Adventure” features a lot of nods to music from Aladdin, which is the inspiration for the Treasure’s Grand Hall — it will even feature a statue of Jasmine and Aladdin on the Magic Carpet.

“I really like ‘Live the Adventure’ because it’s happy – it automatically makes you feel like it’s going to be a great day,” Sparks said. “It’s saying we can discover the treasure of what the day is going to bring.”

The Disney Treasure will take its maiden voyage on December 21st, leaving Port Canaveral for a seven-night Eastern Caribbean cruise. The ship will then have itineraries sailing to both the Eastern and Western Caribbean from Port Canaveral.
