The 2024 Taste of EPCOT International Festival of the Arts has finally arrived!

We are here for the first day of the festival experiencing it all. From live entertainment to food booths, we are here to report it all back to you! We will be taking part in the Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine. Come along with us!
The Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine gives you a chance to take a “tasty stroll” around the Festival of the Arts, allowing you to purchase five dishes on a list to receive a sixth item for free!

Here’s our first look at the dishes for this year… The first dish is Key Lime Pie for $6.50 from the Deconstructed Dish. This is such a fun way to have Key Lime Pie. It’s SO colorful.

Next, we got the Figment-inspired Blueberry-filled Pastry Tart with purple icing for $4.75 from Figment’s Inspiration Station at The Odyssey. This is a snack for all you grape jelly fans, and it’s basically a grape Pop Tart.

Our third selection was the Verjus-roasted Beets with goat cheese, petite lettuce, blackberry gastrique, and spiced pecans for $5.50 from Gourmet Landscapes. Yes, we had to try something a little more savory after those sweets. This had a briny flavor, but it was well-balanced and certainly unique. Think earthy flavors.

We will never pass up the Tomato Soup with Grilled Cheese for $5.75 from Pop Eats. These are classic flavors that will ALWAYS work well. It’s a little basic, but it’s comfort food presented in a fun way.

Finally, we got the Chorizo and Potato Empanada with turmeric aïoli and annatto aïoli for $6.75 from the Encanto-themed Vibrante & Vivido. This is one of those snacks that EVERYONE was talking about. It’s that good, if a little spicy.

When you complete each dish, you can take your festival passport to Deco Delights near Port of Entry to redeem it for your prize. This year the prize is a fun cookie shaped like an artist’s palette and a mixed berry smoothie.

So we’ll warn you: we were not impressed with the cookie or the smoothie, but it is what it is. We suggest you do the Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine for the experience rather than for the prize.
