Of course, this leaves many vacationers wondering what could become of their vacation at the multiple theme parks located throughout the Orlando area. While Disney World has not yet released a statement as to whether or not parks would remain open or closed, Universal Orlando issued a statement regarding park operations for August 30th.

As of 5PM on Tuesday, October 29th, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, and Volcano Bay are still all planning to open and operate normally at 9AM on August 30th. HOWEVER, Universal said that they are not offering the Early Park Admission benefit on Wednesday.
