Every once in a while, we like to freshen up our wardrobe. Luckily, May is the perfect time for a little spring cleaning, so it’s time to say goodbye to some of our old outfits and hello to a sharp, updated look!
To kick off Disney’s 100th Anniversary celebration, even our favorite characters like Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy, and Pluto got some NEW outfits. Doesn’t Goofy look great? Now, it’s not just Mickey and his pals that are getting a fresh new look. Check out the NEW Cast Member nametags coming to Disney World!
Ever since the 50th Anniversary celebration, Disney World Cast Members have been wearing EARidescent nametags with the Magic Kingdom 50th Anniversary logo. Now that the 50th Anniversary is over, it’s time for an update!
Recently, Disney shared a preview of its new nametags! The updated design has a shiny gold star above the castle, which Disney says “represents Cast Members as the guiding light for the Most Magical Place on Earth.”
The background is covered in a white starburst pattern, which is pretty unique for a Disney World nametag! Prior to the 50th Anniversary, the Cast Member badges had a plain white background.
Over in Disneyland, Cast Members got special new nametags for the 100th Anniversary celebration. Clearly, 2023 is the year of change!
