The Feature That Could Make Disney+ EASIER to Watch

While we love Disney+ and all its film and TV options to watch.

However, it’s not accessible to everyone. Yes, there are subtitles, but not everyone can watch with those either. Particularly, those who use sign language to communicate may have a hard time enjoying media this way. But there’s a Chrome extension we wanted to bring to your attention.

You can download the Google Chrome extension SignUp for free to any device that uses Google Chrome. What does SignUp do? According to its description, it “overlays American Sign Language (ASL) and British Sign Language (BSL) interpretation on the streaming platforms, Disney+ and Netflix, for more accessible captioning.”

Not only does this make mainstream media more accessible for people of all ages, but it can also help teach sign language to those who are choosing to learn.
