Of course, if you love gaming (especially Nintendo), you probably can’t wait to play in a life-sized version of those gaming worlds. But what if you’re NOT a gamer? Should you visit? Well, the answer is “yes” and we’ll tell you why!

Okay, so the whole concept behind Super Nintendo World is that you’re being thrown into a LIVE Nintendo game where you can collect points throughout your time in the park. There are Power Up Bands that connect to the Universal app so you can track your “game” progress in real-time. So when you step into that world, you are essentially in a game.

BUT, if you’re not the gaming type, don’t worry — there will still be plenty for you to see and do that doesn’t require you to collect points for anything.

Okay, so if you like theme park rides, Mario Kart is going to give you a thrill like you’ve never had before because it’s a different kind of ride. You’ll put on special AR goggles to battle Team Bowser on Mario Kart courses with Mario, Luigi, and their friends. While you’re racing, you’ll collect coins and throw shells.

Yes, the ride IS a game, but if you don’t care about winning or losing (and you can win or lose), just enjoy it for what it is — a unique experience you’ve never had before.

Meet and Greets and Photo Ops

If you don’t want to run around the land tapping things with a Power Up Band to collect points, there are other things to do. You can meet some of Nintendo’s most famous characters like Mario, Luigi, and Princess Peach and get a photo with them.

There are also plenty of other photo ops available through Super Nintendo World, so instead of hunting down points, you could hunt down spots for fun photos!

Unique Dining

You want to try some unique eats? Visit Toadstool Cafe to dine on Nintendo-themed dishes like mushroom-shaped Toadstool Cheesy Garlic KnotsFire Flower Spaghetti & Meatballs, and the ? Block Tiramisu. You might just find your next favorite theme park eats!

You’ll also find fun drinks like the Super Star Lemon Squash, which is made with honey lemon soda with mango stars and assorted tropical bobas. How fun! You’ll even get the opportunity to buy special Drink Bottles.

Loads of Details To Check Out

Even if you’re not familiar with the world of Nintendo gaming, the land will be full of fun details to look at, even if you don’t get all the references.

However, with Mario being such a big part of pop culture, we bet you’ll even be able to spot some Easter Eggs, gamer or not.

You Want To Try Something New

If you love going to theme parks, but get tired of doing the same ones over and over, Super Nintendo World will give you something NEW to do. You’ll have a new ride, new food, new characters, and new experiences to check out.

Who doesn’t want to try out something new?

Then it doesn’t even matter if you’re a gamer or not — you get to experience these new and exciting things regardless!
