Disney Shares FIRST LOOK at Tarzan's Treehouse Makeover

We have the redesign of ToonTown in Disneyland, a new Disney Vacation Club hotel, and more to look forward to. Along with those, we had also previously gotten the announcement that Tarzan’s Treehouse would be getting a BIG makeover — and now we have our first look!

The Swiss Family Treehouse was an opening day attraction at Disneyland, and was later redesigned to be Tarzan’s Treehouse in 1999. Earlier this year, it was announced that the attraction would be getting a BIG makeover — and now we have a first look!

When it reopens in 2023 the newly named Adventureland Treehouse will be themed after Swiss Family Robinson again! Disney shared a first look at the concept art for the returning attraction.

Disney shared that you will find “fascinating rooms that the family in this new story created for one another.” Some examples include the mother’s music den (which is the concept art you see above), an astronomer’s loft from the teen daughter, and a nature room from the son. The bottom floor will feature a kitchen and dining room, along with the father’s art studio.

Disney didn’t reveal an exact opening date but shared that we will be seeing this major update in 2023. We’ll continue to bring you the latest, so stay tuned to AllEars for more!
