Disneyland Resort in California is about to get a few new updates!

Disneyland Hotel

Toontown is getting a complete reimagining (complete with a West Coast version of Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway). And the Disneyland Hotel is getting a major update in the form of a new Tower for Disney Vacation Club members.

And today at Destination D23, we got to see a closer look via concept art for the new DVC Tower. Here’s what the new tower — and pool — will look like on the outside.

The hotel will have a Sleeping Beauty-inspired story that will be present in nearly every detail, including the rooms. And Imagineers are looking to Walt Disney’s sketching style for inspiration.

Here’s concept art of one of the rooms.

Disneyland Hotel reopened in June 2021 with refurbished rooms for regular guests, but now DVC members are going to get something even more special where the story is embedded in every corner of the room. We can’t wait to see what it ends up looking like.

We’ll be covering all the big announcements and news from Destination D23, so stay tuned for more!
