It feels a little unbelievable we’re already talking about 2023! It seems like we just were talking about the 2022 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival and Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.

But as Disney pros know, if you want to hit your Disney bucket list items you have to plan ahead. This is especially true for dining reservations, which open 60 days ahead of your first date of arrival.
If you are planning a trip to Disney World for the end of 2022, you can now officially make your dining reservations for New Year’s Day! Disney is popular around big holidays like this so if you have your heart set on a specific location, book your reservation as soon as you can. This is most important for those big table service locations like Be Our Guest and Le Cellier.

Keep in mind you might not be able to get your first choice. To avoid too much disappointment, create a list of different locations you’d like to go to so you have backups in case your first choice doesn’t work out. Plus, you might end up finding a new favorite restaurant!

You have three options to book your advanced dining reservation: you can either call 1-407-WDW-DINE (407-939-3463), go to the restaurant’s page on the Disney World website, or schedule your reservations on the My Disney Experience app. If all else fails, don’t forget that you can try to join the Mobile Dine Walk-Up Waitlist on the day of!

While we do recommend booking reservations for each of the places on your wish list, you can still get food and avoid lines from some quick service locations if you can’t grab reservations. By using Mobile Ordering, you can easily get the meals you wanted without having to fight the crowds.
