In a perfect world, workouts would be as fun as a trip to a Disney park. While we may not have this as our reality, runDisney has given us a way to include Disney magic in our workouts!
Some of our favorite workouts come from runDisney! Yes, runDisney! They have a fun, entertaining workout series that allows us to exercise along with some of our favorite Disney movies. We trained like a beast with the Beauty and the Beast workout, we worked up an appetite with The Princess and the Frog workout, and we added the Tangled workout to our usual morning lineup.
Now, we’re excited to share that runDisney just released a new workout — and it’s absolutely magical.
The newest workout in this series gives us a chance to exercise along with Encanto! Once you start playing Encanto on Disney+, your workout begins! The workout below provides you with a list of exercises to perform along with the movie!
This Encanto workout will have you feeling like Luisa with Romanian deadlifts, squats, hurricane twisters, and more. We’re sweating just thinking about it! We’re so excited to do this magical workout! Be sure to check back here for the latest Disney news (including workouts) and updates!
