Disney has food for pretty much every occasion. Looking for a taste of Disney at home? There are plenty of Disney recipes you can make yourself (see our database here for some inspiration), but sometimes they can be time-consuming or challenging to make.

But not all of the recipes Disney has shared over the years are difficult.
In fact, we’ve pulled out ten that you can easily make for dinner tonight!
These hassle-free recipes don’t use any unusual ingredients or take hours to make — and they are no less tasty because of it!
1. Gravlax Lefse Rolls
This recipe only has 6 ingredients! There is no heat involved, though you will want to chill the rolls for about 2 hours in the fridge.

You can find lefse (without gravlax) at the Norway Pavilion in EPCOT!

2. Lemon Chicken (Tagine of Braised Chicken with Lemons)
This lemon chicken makes for an easy, hearty dinner. You’ll be boiling the chicken with the other ingredients for one hour and then browning it in the oven.
The lemon chicken is served in a tangine, a type of vessel that comes from Northern Africa, at Restaurant Marrakesh in the EPCOT Morocco Pavilion.
3. Potato Casserole
This potato casserole does have a slightly longer list of ingredients, but you’ll end up mixing them all together, save some cheese. Then you can pop everything into the oven!

The casserole is from Garden Grill in EPCOT and makes for a great side or even main course!
4. Carrot Ginger Soup
It can seem hard to make a good soup from scratch, but this one is not too much of a challenge. After you cook the carrots, it’s just a matter of adding ingredients in the right order.

This soup recipe came from Boma at Animal Kingdom Lodge in Disney World. It was inspired by African flavors and is perfect for a chilly winter night.
5. German Potato Salad
This potato salad is only three steps! The ingredients are also really straightforward, so it’s a win anyway you look at it.

The salad comes from Plaza Restaurant in Magic Kingdom, and it definitely earns its spot on our shortlist for simple Disney recipes!
6. Vegetable Couscous
Couscous may be something you’re not used to eating every day, but you’ll be happy to hear that it’s pretty easy to make — and tasty too!

You’ll be cooking all of the ingredients together before cooking the couscous and combining. This recipe is from the Morocco Pavilion in EPCOT!
7. Strawberry Mango Salad with Cilantro
This is a super refreshing salad and would be great in any hot weather! You’ll be making a syrup to drizzle over the strawberry and mango, which sounds harder than it is.
This recipe is from the Chile Booth in EPCOT! Note that if you don’t like cilantro, it’s easy enough to skip since you’re making it yourself! Enjoy this salad as a side or a snack on a hot day.
8. Garlic Shrimp with Tomatoes, Lemon, and Broccoli Rabe
Don’t be scared off by the list of ingredients for this shrimp recipe! The shrimp, sundried tomatoes, and broccoli rabe can likely be found at your local grocery store.
Coming from the Australia Booth in EPCOT, you can make this tasty meal quickly thanks to how fast the shrimp cooks.
9. Goat Cheese and Tomato Tarts
No need to make puff pastries from scratch! You can find them at your grocery store (check the dessert section of the freezer aisle!). Removing that step makes these tarts super easy to make!

This recipe is from Boulangerie Patisserie les Halles at the France Pavilion in EPCOT! You can now bring that flavor home with just a little bit of effort!
10. Shrimp, Heart of Palm & Quinoa Salad
This salad does have two components, but both are pretty simple. You’ll cook the couscous and shrimp separately before blending together everything else for the mustard dressing.

This recipe from Crystal Palace in Magic Kingdom might be the most complicated one on this list, but it’s still not going to be too hard to create these more complicated flavors. The hardest part for this one might just be gathering ingredients!
There are plenty of recipes to choose from for tonight’s dinner, and these are just 10 for minimal effort! Don’t be afraid to spring for some of the harder recipes, too! You might surprise yourself — and your work will pay off!

A proper German potato salad is a bit of a time consuming affair. First off you should be using bacon grease vs oil and adding a half package of chopped cooked bacon. 2nd the grease, sugar and vinegar should be heated on the stove, preferably in the pan you just cooked bacon in. Slice the potatoes, and layer them, in the bowl one layer a a time, season the layer and lay some more potatoes in another layer. Take your oan sauce and then stir it into the potatoes. Serve warm. That’s how my mother and Nanna taught me.
That sounds delicious, Patrick!
Am I the only person who has never eaten something at Disney and then thought that I’d like the recipe? Disney food is passable in context, but not something I’d want at home. Except Dole Whip.
