PHOTOS & VIDEOS: Parades Are BACK in Disney World!

Since Disney World reopened in July of 2020, we’ve enjoyed a variety of short character cavalcades at each of the four theme parks. These “mini parades” offered guests frequent entertainment throughout the day that allowed crowds to be more evenly dispersed.

It’s all lit up for the special occasion!

Since then, as health and safety measurements have been revised, we’ve started to see more offerings return to the parks. And at the first night of Disney Very Merriest After Hours, we’re finally seeing the return of FULL-LENGHT parades for the first time since March 2020!

Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade is part of the entertainment lineup at this year’s after-hours holiday event! The parade started and we immediately felt ALL of the feels!

This parade is full of iconic Disney World holiday characters, including the Toy Soldiers!

TBH, we really missed hearing the Toy Soldiers march down Main Street!

We also got to see Santa’s reindeer pulling his sleigh!

Of course, Santa Claus himself made a special appearance!

Ending with a classic Santa Claus finale!

The parade includes some of our favorite Disney characters as well, including Woody…
