Over the past decade or so, Disney has cranked out live-action adaptation after live-action adaptation, with many soaring levels of box office success.
With projects in the works such as live-action films inspired by Pinocchio, Peter Pan, and The Little Mermaid, Disney is also turning to its very first full-length animated film Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs as another upcoming live-action remake.
According to Deadline, it has been announced that actress Gal Gadot will play the role of the Evil Queen in Disney’s upcoming live-action adaptation of Snow White.
It was previously announced that Rachel Zegler will star in the title role. Zegler will star as Maria in the upcoming Stephen Spielberg remake of West Side Story.
Production on the film is set to start next year! We’ll be keeping an eye on this project as more casting announcements are made, along with all other updates concerning Disney’s upcoming film projects!
