PHOTOS & VIDEO: The Christmas Tree Has Arrived in Disney’s Hollywood Studios

It’s November, and that means it’s the holiday season in Disney World!

It’s still so early in the month and we’ve already seen holiday decorations, new merchandise, and some festive treats popping up all over. There’s so much to celebrate, and now there’s a very big addition to Hollywood Studios!

Today when we entered the park, we were delighted to find the Hollywood Studios Christmas tree up and ready to go!

The iconic tree sits in the middle of Echo Lake, surrounded by floating ornaments and decked out from top to bottom in lights and decor.

We’d already seen the floating ornaments show up, as well as the tinsel stars on Sunset Boulevard, but this just takes things to a whole new level. Don’t mind our pun, but it REALLY is beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

Also, Santa Gertie has arrived! Gertie the dinosaur has her own ice cream stand over by Echo Lake, and every year, she gets an adorable little Santa hat for the season.

Gertie also tends to carry a Christmas ornament in her mouth, and this year’s ornament has a little 50th Anniversary flair!

Around the rest of the park, we noticed garland hanging across the street on Hollywood Boulevard…

…many of the classic holiday figurines standing in the flowerbeds…

…and the iconic Christmas tree light poles! This park really goes all-out for the holiday season, and we’re here for it.
