Although we were hoping for season four of the Netflix hit Stranger Things to arrive by Halloween of this year, we now know the new season won’t land until 2022.
To make it up to us, though, Netflix has released the first sneak peek we’ve seen of the new season, which will bring Eleven and the gang back together to face some new challenges the Upside Down has in store for them.
The video shows a little bit of what we can expect when Stranger Things returns next year and it looks even more terrifying than seasons 1-3 (which are currently available on Netflix). We can’t wait!
Netflix has not yet released an official release date, but we’ll be holding our breath (and looking over our shoulders for Demogorgons) until we know. We’ll be sure to let you know about it, too!
