VIDEO: See How Shanghai Disney Resort is Celebrating Lunar New Year

Happy Lunar New Year!

During this special time of year, we often see Disney celebrate with unique merchandise and offerings and even carry out full-scale festivities at their international parks. The celebrations are in full-swing at Shanghai Disney Resort, and today, they’re sharing a special message with the world!

In a video shared by Disney, Imagineers from Shanghai Disney Resort calligraph a message reading “Fortune Ox Brings Greetings for the New Year. Happy New Year!” Check out their process in the video below:

This year is the year of the Ox, and you’ll notice that Clarabelle Cow has made an appearance in the video. This is the debut of her new Lunar New Year costume, made just for the occasion! Throughout the festival, she’ll be popping up to greet guests and making an appearance on TikTok, so stay tuned for more.
