Holiday crowds are back in full force today at Universal Orlando!
During the time of year that guests can enjoy a mix of holiday decorations and ring in the new year, it looks like plenty of people are taking advantage of the parks!
Universal Orlando has hit capacity quite a few times this year, but today both Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure filled up FAST, hitting capacity at 8:52AM this morning! In the past we’ve seen the parks reach capacity closer to 10AM, along with later on in the day.
If you’re wondering how the parks’ capacity impacts the attractions, well, if you were lucky to get in you may be in for some pretty long wait times!
With many lines already at capacity at 9AM, most rides were a minimum of a 60-minute wait!
In fact, it looks like the only attraction with a wait under 60 minutes was Dudley Do-Right’s Ripsaw Falls!
We will continue to monitor capacity this week and into the new year!
