Yes, that means it’s been 40 years since the world was treated to this epic film and the fabulous lines in it like “Why, you stuck up, half-witted, scruffy-looking…nerf-herder,” and “I am your father.” And while you may have seen the movie itself hundreds of times, some rare and exclusive, never-seen behind the scenes footage, bloopers, and outtakes from the film just got released recently! Did you know there’s an unofficial Tauntaun Dance? This is something you’ve GOT to see!

Just a few days ago, Good Morning America shared a rare and exclusive behind-the-scenes look at Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back. The video clip has bloopers, fun moments with the cast, stories about some of the film’s most iconic moments and characters, and MORE! Check it out below.

Will the Tauntaun dance become the latest TikTok craze? One can only hope! Over the past few months, we’ve seen the movie celebrated in a number of ways including a cool drive-in movie experience. We’ll definitely keep an eye out for more ways to celebrate this fantastic film during its anniversary year.
